These hormone-boosting bliss balls are packed with nutrient-dense ingredients that support hormonal balance, provide lasting energy, and satisfy your sweet cravings. They're quick to prepare, easy to store, and perfect for on-the-go snacks!

1 cup medjool dates (pitted)

1/2 cup almond meal or ground almonds

1/4 cup shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds (rich in omega-3s and lignans for hormone support)

1 tbsp maca powder (supports energy and hormonal balance)

1 tbsp cacao powder (for a rich, antioxidant-packed flavor)

1 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter (healthy fats for hormone support)

1 tsp vanilla extract
