THE ENDO RESET
Hormone testing that tells you what's actually driving your endo symptoms.
For women with diagnosed or suspected endo who want answers for their symptoms and a clear plan, without the guesswork. The Endo Reset gives you a comprehensive, in-depth look at your hormones using advanced dried urine testing, finally uncovering the hormone dysfunction you knew was there, but that no one has looked for until now.
Qualified Naturopath & Medical Herbalist. NMHNZ registered.
Advanced women's health without the guesswork.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR
You know something isn't right.
You just can't get anyone to tell you what.
You have endo, or you strongly suspect it, and life is being organised around your cycle.
Pain that stops your week. Fatigue you cannot outrun. Bloating with no clear cause. Mood shifts that feel like someone else. A GP who couldn't find anything conclusive. A laparoscopy that helped for a while, then stopped. The pill, tried and hated. Gluten and dairy, cut for months, no real change.
You've been told, one way or another, that this is just something to manage.
Somewhere in that list is the point where you stop asking what's wrong with you, and start asking what your body is actually trying to tell you. That's where the Reset begins.

"The hardest part was feeling like I didn't know myself any more. Besides the physical toll pain has on your body, the mental toll is extremely hard to navigate. You start to believe it's your fault, and that you have to accept your body is working against you. Once I had reached out to Tegan, we decided the Endo Reset was the next best move. Being able to have my own results created clarity about my endometriosis symptoms and we were able to build a plan that finally made sense. Everything was so personalised and thorough."

The problem was never you. It was the guessing.
Endo is not one thing. Two women with the same diagnosis can have completely different pictures underneath it. Different oestrogen metabolism. Different progesterone status. Different cortisol patterns. Different exposures.
Every generic protocol was always going to fall short because none of them were built from your actual data.
I stopped believing in generic protocols a long time ago, because I lived the
version of endo where nothing generic worked for me either. That is why the Reset exists. Test, don't guess, is not a slogan on a page. It is the only approach I have seen actually work.

This is not a process I studied from the outside. It is one I built from the inside, because I have lived what you are living now.
I am Tegan, a naturopath and medical herbalist with over a decade of both clinical and personal experience with hormonal health conditions, including endometriosis. I built Naturalist, and the Reset, because I know exactly what it costs to keep guessing at your own body.
The Reset is the tool I wished existed when I was the one searching for answers. It is not a management plan. It is a way of finally seeing what is actually going on, so the plan that comes next is built from your data, not from a generic template.
Here is the plan I hand every woman who reaches this point.
This is the moment everything stops being a mystery. One focused piece of work: comprehensive hormone testing, a plan built from your results and a way forward that's finally yours to hold.
No endless appointments. Just answers, a plan, and the freedom to stop worrying about your hormones and start putting one positive change after the other.

THE TESTING
The most detailed look at your hormones you have probably ever had
Standard blood work gives you one number for each hormone, taken at one moment in time. It cannot tell you what your body is actually doing with those hormones. For endometriosis, that is where the real answers live.
The EndoMAP is a dried urine testl, done at home, measured across a full day. It looks at nine areas of what is going on under the surface, and it is the test I lean on more than any other for women with endo.

The full oestrogen picture
Not just one number. EndoMAP measures all three types of oestrogen your body makes (oestrone, oestradiol, oestriol) and how they balance against each other. This is what tells us whether you are sitting in oestrogen dominance, which is a driver in most cases of endometriosis, and it is a level of detail a standard blood test cannot give.

How your body clears oestrogen
This is often the most important section for women with endo. Your body has several routes for breaking oestrogen down and getting rid of it. Some of those routes are protective. Others produce byproducts that can drive inflammation, cell damage, and the exact symptoms endo is known for. Oestrogen dominance is not about how much oestrogen you have. It is about what your body is doing with it.

Progesterone and its calming byproduct
Progesterone itself, plus the byproducts your body makes when it breaks progesterone down. Each of those byproducts does a different job. Some are calming and sleep-supportive, some steady your mood in the second half of your cycle, and some influence how your body holds fluid and manages blood pressure premenstrually. When any of these are off, you can have progesterone on paper and still feel anxious, wired at night, puffy, headachey, or knocked flat by PMS. You also see your progesterone-to-oestrogen ratio, which is often more useful than either hormone measured alone.

Androgens
Testosterone, DHEA, and the metabolites they break down into. This matters because two women can have the same testosterone number on a blood test and completely different symptoms, and it comes down to which pathway their body is sending those androgens down. One pathway supports energy, drive, libido, mood, and lean muscle. The other drives the symptoms most women recognise as "hormonal", including acne along the jaw and chin, oilier skin, unwanted facial or body hair, and hair thinning at the crown. Relevant for endometriosis, and central for anyone with PCOS features alongside their endo.

Your daily cortisol pattern
Your stress hormones (cortisol and cortisone) measured at four points across the day, not once in a single blood draw. This shows your actual daily rhythm. It picks up patterns standard testing misses completely, like a normal total cortisol that is still poorly regulated hour by hour. Relevant if you feel wired at night, flat in the morning, or crash in the afternoon.

Melatonin across the day
Melatonin is not only a sleep hormone. It is one of the strongest antioxidants and anti-inflammatories your body makes, and it plays a direct role in hormone-sensitive conditions including endometriosis. Low or disrupted melatonin patterns are common and almost never tested.
.webp)
Endocrine disruptor exposure
The everyday chemicals that interfere with your hormones from the outside. Things like BPA (found in plastics, receipts, food packaging), PFAS and PFOA (in non-stick coatings, waterproofing, and cosmetics), and heavy metals including lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, and aluminium. Your GP cannot test for these. For endometriosis specifically, this exposure load matters.

Nutrient status where it counts
A set of functional markers that shows whether your body actually has the nutrients it needs to do all the hormone processing work above. Not just B12 on paper. Whether your body is using B6, folate, methylation cofactors, and glutathione (your body's master antioxidant) properly. Plus markers of oxidative stress and neuroinflammation.

Gut markers relevant to hormones
This is not a stool test, but several markers on the panel reveal how your gut is influencing your hormone load. Your gut plays a direct role in clearing oestrogen out of your body. When that clearance is not working, oestrogen recirculates. That shows up here.
THE OUTCOME
This is not a test result. It is a plan you can actually use.

Beautiful words from Naturalist women.
"I'd been dealing with endo symptoms for years and had basically given up on getting real answers, just another round of 'try this diet' or 'see how you go on the pill.' I decided to try the Endo Reset because I wanted actual data, not more guessing.
Getting my EndoMAP results back was honestly a relief. For the first time, I could see what was actually going on with my hormones instead of just being told my bloods were 'normal.' The strategy session was really thorough, Tegan walked me through everything in plain English and I left with a plan that made sense for my body specifically, not a generic list.
If you're on the fence, I'd say just do it. It's the first thing that's actually given me real clarity instead of more guesswork."
Lara | Naturalist Client
"I'd tried so many things before the Reset, cutting out gluten and dairy, different supplements, even changing my exercise, and nothing really moved the needle. What I actually needed was to understand why my body was reacting the way it was, not another thing to try blind.
The EndoMAP test was easy to do at home, and the report Tegan sent through actually made sense, it didn't feel like reading a medical file in another language. My results showed some patterns I never would have guessed on my own, and having a plan built around that instead of a generic protocol has made a real difference.
It's not a quick fix, and I don't think it claims to be. But it's the first time I've felt like someone actually looked at my whole picture instead of guessing at pieces of it."
Ruby | Naturalist Client
"Did the Endo Reset after years of being told my symptoms were probably 'just endo, manage it as best you can.' The test itself was simple, four samples over one day at home, nothing complicated.
What I liked most was that the results actually explained things, not just numbers on a page but what they meant for me specifically. My plan wasn't a generic list either, it was built around what my results actually showed.
Would recommend if you're tired of guessing."

Frequently asked questions
Not at all. A strong clinical suspicion is enough, and many of the women I work with come to the Reset without a laparoscopy on file. The EndoMAP gives us a clear picture of what your hormones are doing either way, and we can talk through your history and symptoms in your initial consultation.
No referral needed. You are welcome to book directly. If you would like to loop your GP in at any point, or share your report with them afterwards, that is completely your call and I am happy to support either way.
Yes, and you do not need to stop anything. The EndoMAP is designed to be run while you are on hormonal medication, and your prescription is factored into how I read and interpret your results. This is a common question and it is genuinely not a barrier.
Your GP does incredible work within the system they are in, and standard blood work has its place. What the EndoMAP does differently is show how your body is processing your hormones over a full day, including metabolism pathways, cortisol rhythm, endocrine disruptor exposure, and functional nutrient markers. It is a level of detail standard testing is not designed to give, and it is where the answers for endo often live.
Not at all. The Reset is delivered fully online for clients anywhere in New Zealand. Your test kit is couriered directly to your home, and all consultations are on video call.
For cycling women, collection is 5 to 7 days post-ovulation, which for most cycles falls in the week before your period is due. We confirm your exact window together, either before your initial consultation or during it, so you do not need to figure it out on your own. If your cycle is irregular, absent, or you are on hormonal contraception, we work out the right timing for your situation.
It moves at the pace of your cycle. Your test window is set by where you are when you start, and the lab takes 10 to 15 working days to return your results. From there we book your strategy session as soon as they are in. I will guide you through each step so nothing is left to guess.
