Real Outcomes.
Real Clients.

These outcomes reflect what most clients experience across the Thrive with PCOS Program when they commit to the process. Results are drawn from clinical outcomes —-not averages, not promises. Real women, real data, realistic timelines.

  • Before: Unpredictable cycles - 40, 60, 90 days apart or barely present at all. Never knowing when your period is coming, or if it's coming. Planning your life around uncertainty.

After: Most clients develop recognisable, more regular cycle patterns within 3–4 months as insulin, androgen, and LH patterns stabilise. Finally able to track and anticipate your cycle with confidence.

  • Before: Jawline and chin acne that no skincare routine fixes. Hair thinning at the temples. Weight that won't shift no matter how clean your diet is. Feeling like your body is working against you.

After: As androgen excess and insulin resistance are addressed at the root, most clients notice meaningful improvement in skin clarity, hair shedding, and metabolic function within 8–12 weeks. Not overnight but measurable and progressive.

  • Before: Energy crashes after meals. Relying on caffeine and willpower. Constant hunger or cravings that don't match what you've eaten. Afternoon slumps that derail your whole day.

After: Stable, sustained energy as insulin sensitivity improves and blood sugar patterns are addressed. Most clients notice this shift before they notice anything else and it changes everything.

  • Before: Persistent bloating, irregular bowels, and gut symptoms that no elimination diet has resolved. Because nobody connected the gut to the hormones and in PCOS, they are deeply connected.

After: Most clients notice significant gut improvement within the first 4–6 weeks. Because we address the gut-insulin-hormone axis together, not as separate problems.

  • Before: Researching alone. Conflicting advice from every corner of the internet. Feeling like you have to become an expert in your own condition just to get taken seriously in a GP appointment.

After: "I finally understand what type of PCOS I have and why it matters." The mental load of managing PCOS alone lifts when someone holds the clinical oversight and actually explains what they find.

You're not failing.

The approach is

You've been told to cut carbs. Just lose some weight.

Go on the pill. Come back when you want to get pregnant.

And you're still dealing with irregular cycles, unexplained weight changes, acne, fatigue, and symptoms that don't match how hard you're trying.

That's not you failing. That's a system treating the surface while the drivers go untouched because most PCOS care manages cycle irregularity and androgen symptoms without ever identifying which type of PCOS is driving the pattern, where insulin resistance fits in, or what your gut and adrenal picture actually look like.

When you treat one thing at a time without understanding your specific pattern, you get temporary relief and permanent frustration.

Here's what most PCOS care misses

This isn't another PCOS program that starts with a protocol. It starts with your results.

Most PCOS care begins with a diagnosis and a management plan - the pill, metformin, or a generic low-GI diet before anyone has understood what's actually driving your specific pattern. PCOS is not one condition. It has distinct subtypes with different drivers. Thrive is different because we identify your type first, and every recommendation is built from that picture.

01

Testing included, not extra

The full functional testing panel - valued at $1,440 - is built into the program. Without it, we are guessing which type of PCOS we are dealing with and why. You have been guessed at enough.

02

PCOS type identification

Insulin-driven. Adrenal. Inflammatory. Post-pill. Lean PCOS. The drivers are different and the treatment is different. We identify your specific pattern from your testing before we build your plan.

03

Root-cause mapping

Insulin resistance. Androgen excess. Gut dysbiosis. Stress physiology. Thyroid dysfunction. We map which systems are involved in your case because PCOS looks different in every body.

04

Food first approach

No unnecessary supplement stacks. No fear-based restrictions. Food and lifestyle first, targeted support second and always explained so it makes sense to you.

05

Education, not dependency

You leave understanding your own body. The markers to watch, the patterns to track, the levers that matter for you. Not reliant on a practitioner forever.

06

Integrated, not alternative

This isn't instead of your GP or specialist - it can works alongside them. You don't have to choose between conventional care and something that actually digs deeper.

The Empowered Body Method Because order matters

This is the four-phase clinical framework we move through inside Thrive. Each phase builds on the last so your body is supported in the sequence it actually needs, not overloaded, not rushed.

Most women have tried the right things in the wrong order. This fixes that.

What's inside your PCOS program

Every element exists for a clinical reason. Nothing is padding. Here is exactly what is included in your four months of personalised, testing-led care.

Why this work matters and why I lead it differently

One-on-one naturopathic care for women with endometriosis

Tegan Hollows
Degree-qualified naturopath and medical herbalist. Clinically trained in functional testing, hormone health, endometriosis and PCOS. Based in Wānaka, available across New Zealand.

I know what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t make sense – years of pain, inflammation, fatigue, gut and skin symptoms, and being told your tests are “normal” while nothing really changes.

That experience shaped how I practise today. I learned that healing complex inflammatory conditions isn’t random – it’s systematic. When we identify the true drivers and support the body in the right clinical sequence, symptoms stabilise, energy returns, and patterns shift.

I am a clinically trained functional testing naturopath, specialising in hormone health, endometriosis and PCOS. I work extensively with functional diagnostics to interpret inflammation patterns, hormone metabolism, gut integrity and stress physiology at depth.

My clinical work is grounded in:

  • Advanced functional and pathology testing

  • Evidence-based hormone and inflammatory care

  • Whole-system physiology

  • Strategic sequencing, not symptom chasing

  • Personalised protocols built from data, not guesswork

I combine lived experience with clinical precision. You are not handed a generic protocol; you receive a structured, investigative pathway tailored to your biology.

Book your free 40 minute Clarity Call

If you’re feeling stuck managing symptoms without real clarity, and you’re ready for expert guidance and a structured path forward, this is your next step.

Thrive is designed for women who are ready to work with their body, follow a strategic plan, and build stable, sustainable hormone health over time.

Is this right for me?

This program is designed for women who are ready to stop guessing and start understanding their bodies. If you want personalised, evidence-based support and a clear plan that addresses the root drivers of your PCOS, this is for you. It’s a commitment to real lasting change, not quick fixes or surface-level relief.

This program is for you if:

  • You’re struggling with PCOS symptoms like irregular periods, acne, bloating, fatigue, weight fluctuations, or hormonal imbalances.

  • You’re tired of short-term symptom management and want to address the root causes.

  • You want a personalised, evidence-based system not random advice or trial-and-error.

  • You’re ready to invest in long-term hormonal stability, metabolic health, and confidence.

  • You want clear guidance, support, and accountability so you’re not doing this alone.

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all protocol.

  • You’re not ready to make gradual shifts that support hormonal and metabolic healing.

  • You prefer to DIY your health without support, testing, or personalised guidance.

  • You want symptom relief only, without addressing the deeper drivers.

  • You’re not ready to invest in your health or commit to a minimum of 4 months of structured support.

What this looks like in practice

Measured improvements achieved through personalised, data-led care.

Case Snapshot 01

Irregular cycles + fatigue

Presentation:

Cycles occurring every 50–80 days, persistent fatigue, brain fog, and difficulty predicting ovulation.

Findings:

Functional testing revealed insulin dysregulation, elevated androgens, and disrupted cortisol rhythm influencing hormone signalling and cycle stability.

Approach:

Focused on stabilising blood sugar regulation, reducing androgen activity, and restoring circadian rhythm through targeted nutrition, herbal medicine, and metabolic support.

Outcome:

  • Cycles regulating to ~32–38 days

  • Improved energy and mental clarity

  • Reduced PMS intensity

  • Clearer understanding of ovulation patterns

Case Snapshot 02

Hormonal Acne + Androgen Imbalance

Presentation:
Persistent hormonal acne along the jawline and cheeks, irregular cycles, and increasing facial hair growth.

Findings:
Elevated androgen activity alongside impaired estrogen metabolism and gut-related inflammatory patterns.

Approach:
Supported hormone metabolism and androgen regulation through gut restoration, liver detoxification pathways, targeted supplementation, and personalised nutrition.

Outcome (4 months):

  • Significant reduction in hormonal acne

  • Improved skin clarity and inflammation regulation

  • Reduced progression of facial hair growth

  • More predictable menstrual cycles

Case Snapshot 03

Weight Resistance + Energy Instability

Presentation:

Difficulty losing weight despite strict dieting and regular exercise, alongside fatigue, sugar cravings, and irregular cycles.

Findings:
Insulin resistance combined with cortisol dysregulation and metabolic stress impacting hormone signalling.

Approach:

Prioritised insulin regulation, nervous system support, and metabolic stabilisation through nutrition therapy, lifestyle adjustments, and targeted supplementation.

Outcome (3–4 months):

  • Improved insulin regulation

  • More stable energy throughout the day

  • Gradual, sustainable weight changes

  • Improved cycle predictability

Real women. Real results. These are their words.

"I'd been told my irregular cycles and acne were just PCOS and that the pill was my best option. I didn't want to go back on it, I wanted to actually understand what was happening. Within three months my cycle had shortened significantly and my skin was the clearest it had been in years. The difference was that we found the actual driver - insulin resistance and addressed it properly."

Thrive with PCOS Program Client

"I was doing everything right - clean diet, exercise, no sugar and my weight wouldn't shift and my energy was still terrible. When we tested properly it was clear why. My insulin picture was driving the whole pattern and nobody had ever looked at it that way. Once we had the full picture the plan actually made sense. Two months in I felt like myself again for the first time in years."

Thrive with PCOS Program Client

"What got me was that Tegan didn't start with a generic low-GI plan. She started with testing, identified which type of PCOS I was dealing with, and built everything from that. The support between sessions meant I was never left guessing. I finally understand my own body and that's worth more than any symptom improvement on its own."

Frequently asked questions

  • A Clarity Call is a complimentary 45-minute consultation to explore your symptoms, health history, and whether Thrive is the right next step for you. You'll complete a short enquiry form first, then book a time that suits you.

You'll leave with clarity on what may be driving your symptoms, an honest answer on whether this program is appropriate for your situation, and a clear next step - even if that step isn't Thrive.

There's no obligation and no pressure. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you.

  • The PCOS Blueprint runs across approximately 6–8 weeks. The Thrive Program runs for four months. Four months is the minimum ethical timeframe to create safe, meaningful hormonal and inflammatory change - it allows your body to respond, adapt, and stabilise with clinical oversight at every stage.

  • You have two ways to start. The PCOS Blueprint gives you comprehensive testing, a full interpretation, and a personalised health plan without committing to the full program. If you continue into Thrive within 60 days, your Blueprint investment is credited in full. If you don't, you leave with real answers and a clear roadmap. Either way, you're not starting blind.

  • Full inclusions are listed in the pricing section above. Testing is a required component of both pathways - your personalised plan is built directly from your results. If you are able to access equivalent testing through your GP with all required markers covered, the program cost can be adjusted accordingly.

  • Yes and identifying your specific PCOS type is actually the first thing we do. Insulin-driven, adrenal, inflammatory, post-pill, and lean PCOS all have different underlying drivers and require different approaches. Your plan is built from your testing, not from a generic PCOS protocol.

  • Supplements are purchased separately. Because every protocol is personalised, costs vary depending on your needs and how your body responds. Most clients invest $150–$300 NZD per month during active treatment. All recommendations are practitioner-grade, evidence-informed, and tailored to your results - you will always understand why something is recommended and how long it is required.

  • No. Many women join with suspected PCOS or ongoing symptoms that haven't been formally diagnosed - irregular cycles, acne, unexplained weight changes, fatigue, and hormonal symptoms. The programme focuses on correcting the underlying insulin, androgen, inflammatory, and gut patterns driving symptoms - regardless of formal diagnosis.

  • In the Thrive Program you have regular 1:1 consultations plus practitioner support between sessions during business hours - so you're not left navigating symptom shifts or questions alone. In the PCOS Blueprint you have your strategy session and a follow-up at four weeks. Both include access to the client portal with resources and tracking tools.

  • At this stage the program requires your natural hormone rhythm to accurately assess patterns and personalise treatment. Hormonal contraception alters these signals in ways that affect both testing accuracy and treatment response. A dedicated pathway for women on hormonal contraception is in development - if this is you, please get in touch and I'll let you know when it becomes available.

  • No. This program works alongside your medical care. Many clients use a combination of medical and naturopathic support for best results.

  • Most women who join arrive feeling exactly this way. What changes here is the level of precision and personalisation - we test before we treat, and every recommendation is built from your specific results. There are no generic protocols. Just a clear, evidence-informed plan built around your biology.

  • Yes. The Thrive Program can be paid in full at $4,497 or pay a deposit $2,399 and 3 monthly instalments $699 incl. GST.  A deposit secures your place. We can confirm the details on your Clarity Call.

  • This is the question I hear most often and it's exactly the right one to ask. The Clarity Call exists to answer it. We'll talk through your history, your symptoms, and what you've already tried. I'll give you an honest assessment of whether this programme is a good fit for your situation. If it's not, I'll tell you that too and point you toward what might be more appropriate. You won't be pressured into anything.
