Real outcomes from women in Thrive
These outcomes reflect what women worn down by PMOS experience across the Thrive with PMOS Program. They can finally see what's driving their symptoms, and within the first month the results start showing, steadier cycles, calmer skin, better energy, and the sense that their body is finally working with them rather than against them. Instead of chasing symptoms one at a time, they're addressing the root cause and because it's built on what their own testing revealed, the change actually lasts.
Before: Unpredictable cycles - 40, 60, 90 days apart or barely present at all. Never knowing when your period is coming, or if it's coming. Planning your life around uncertainty.
After: Most clients develop recognisable, more regular cycle patterns within 3–4 months as insulin, androgen, and LH patterns stabilise. Finally able to track and anticipate your cycle with confidence.
Before: Jawline and chin acne that no skincare routine fixes. Hair thinning at the temples. Weight that won't shift no matter how clean your diet is. Feeling like your body is working against you.
After: As androgen excess and insulin resistance are addressed at the root, most clients notice meaningful improvement in skin clarity, hair shedding, and metabolic function within 8–12 weeks. Not overnight but measurable and progressive.
Before: Energy crashes after meals. Relying on caffeine and willpower. Constant hunger or cravings that don't match what you've eaten. Afternoon slumps that derail your whole day.
After: Stable, sustained energy as insulin sensitivity improves and blood sugar patterns are addressed. Most clients notice this shift before they notice anything else and it changes everything.
Before: Persistent bloating, irregular bowels, and gut symptoms that no elimination diet has resolved. Because nobody connected the gut to the hormones and in PCOS, they are deeply connected.
After: Most clients notice significant gut improvement within the first 4–6 weeks. Because we address the gut-insulin-hormone axis together, not as separate problems.
Before: Researching alone. Conflicting advice from every corner of the internet. Feeling like you have to become an expert in your own condition just to get taken seriously in a GP appointment.
After: "I finally understand what type of PCOS I have and why it matters." The mental load of managing PCOS alone lifts when someone holds the clinical oversight and actually explains what they find.

You're worn out by PMOS. It's consumed your thoughts, and most days it feels like you're getting nowhere.
If this is you, here's why nothing you've tried has given you results.
You've been told to cut carbs. Lose some weight. Go on the pill. Come back when you want to get pregnant. And you still have zero real answers for the irregular cycles, the unexplained weight changes, the acne, the fatigue, the symptoms that don't match how hard you're trying.
That's not a you problem. It's a system rooted in a misunderstanding of our hormones and our unique biology, one that completely ignores why support needs to be personalised. What you need is to work with a practitioner who truly cares about the complexity of PMOS, understands hormones at a deeper level, and has the professional knowledge to correct hormonal dysfunction and set you up for success holistically.
A different way of working with PMOS
Not another checklist. Every symptom you're living with has a driver and as a degree-qualified naturopath and medical herbalist who has spent over a decade inside this condition, both clinically and personally, I know how to find it.
Once we identify what's actually driving your symptoms and support it holistically, real change follows. Here's what that looks like.
01
Built from a decade inside this condition, not just beside it
This approach exists because I've lived it. Over a decade with endometriosis and PMOS, and over years of studying it, has shaped a program built by someone who has been exactly where you are.
02
From cycles you dread to cycles you understand
The irregular, unpredictable cycles and the breakouts that flare with no clear reason. We map how your hormones are actually made, metabolised and cleared, not a single snapshot level, so we can see the exact pathway driving your pattern and support that one. It's rarely the same pathway twice, which is why generic protocols never worked.
03
From worrying about your future to protecting it
The quiet fear about your fertility and long-term health. Some hormone pathways carry real risk, so we test them specifically because knowing is the difference between managing today's symptoms and safeguarding your future.
04
From flat and unmotivated to steady and capable
The low mood, the PMDD, the "I can't even start" fatigue. These ride alongside PMOS far more often than anyone tells you, driven by neuroinflammation and neurotransmitter pathways we test for. Support those, and making changes finally feels possible.
05
From invisible triggers to a clear plan
The sense that something's off that no one has found. Heavy metals and everyday endocrine-disrupting chemicals are known contributors to hormonal dysfunction and infertility, and they're almost never tested. We check, then hand you a clear plan, reduce exposure, or actively detox.
06
From "just lose weight" to weight that finally moves
The stubborn weight and the bone-deep fatigue that don't match how hard you're trying. Underfunctioning methylation, nutrient gaps and cortisol quietly stall your metabolism, energy and hormone clearance and almost no one tests for them. We connect these dots so the changes you make actually hold.
The Empowered Body Method - a precise framework for untangling the complexity of PMOS, and creating change that lasts.
This is the four-phase clinical framework we move through inside Thrive, one of the first to bring together current research on inflammation, hormone metabolism, gut function, and insulin patterns into a single, sequenced approach. Each phase builds on the last, so your body is supported in the order the evidence actually supports.
What's inside the most advanced PMOS support program
This program has been carefully developed to include the most fundamental and precise support needed, every day, across your four-month journey. After years of clinical experience, these are the core inclusions inside Thrive that move the needle for women completely exhausted from PMOS.

Structured care requires structured systems.
This ensures nothing is fragmented.
Thrive is ready for women who want consistent, high-level care.
PMOS rarely shows up as one clear symptom. It's the cycles that never quite follow a pattern, the skin and weight changes that feel impossible to explain, the mood shifts and energy crashes that throw everything else off balance. If this is what you're navigating, and you're ready for support built to match that complexity, this is the program built for exactly that.

Tegan Hollows
Degree-qualified naturopath and medical herbalist. Clinically trained in functional testing, hormone health, endometriosis and PCOS. Based in Wānaka, available across New Zealand.
I know what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t make sense – years of pain, inflammation, fatigue, gut and skin symptoms, and being told your tests are “normal” while nothing really changes.
That experience shaped how I practise today. I learned that healing complex inflammatory conditions isn’t random – it’s systematic. When we identify the true drivers and support the body in the right clinical sequence, symptoms stabilise, energy returns, and patterns shift.
I am a clinically trained functional testing naturopath, specialising in hormone health, endometriosis and PCOS. I work extensively with functional diagnostics to interpret inflammation patterns, hormone metabolism, gut integrity and stress physiology at depth.
My clinical work is grounded in:
-
Advanced functional and pathology testing
-
Evidence-based hormone and inflammatory care
-
Whole-system physiology
-
Strategic sequencing, not symptom chasing
-
Personalised protocols built from data, not guesswork
I combine lived experience with clinical precision. You are not handed a generic protocol; you receive a structured, investigative pathway tailored to your biology.

If you’re feeling stuck managing symptoms without real clarity, and you’re ready for expert guidance and a structured path forward, this is your next step.
Thrive is designed for women who are ready to work with their body, follow a strategic plan, and build stable, sustainable hormone health over time.
How do I know if this advanced approach is right for me?
These programs are built for the women who need to make a change, because this is affecting their quality of life, how they show up in the world, with their partners, and in their careers. It's built exactly for the complexity of their symptoms. It's for the ones who already prioritise their health but are feeling stuck or confused without a clear plan forward.
This program is for you if:
-
You’re struggling with PMOS symptoms like irregular periods, acne, bloating, fatigue, weight fluctuations, or hormonal imbalances.
-
You’re tired of short-term symptom management and want to address the root causes.
-
You want a personalised, evidence-based system not random advice or trial-and-error.
-
You’re ready to invest in long-term hormonal stability, metabolic health, and confidence.
-
You want clear guidance, support, and accountability so you’re not doing this alone.
This program is NOT for you if:
-
You’re looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all protocol.
-
You’re not ready to make gradual shifts that support hormonal and metabolic healing.
-
You prefer to DIY your health without support, testing, or personalised guidance.
-
You want symptom relief only, without addressing the deeper drivers.
-
You’re not ready to invest in your health or commit to a minimum of 4 months of structured support.

Real women. Real results. These are their words.
"I'd been told my irregular cycles and acne were just PCOS and that the pill was my best option. I didn't want to go back on it, I wanted to actually understand what was happening. Within three months my cycle had shortened significantly and my skin was the clearest it had been in years. The difference was that we found the actual driver - insulin resistance and addressed it properly."
Thrive with PCOS Program Client
"I was doing everything right - clean diet, exercise, no sugar and my weight wouldn't shift and my energy was still terrible. When we tested properly it was clear why. My insulin picture was driving the whole pattern and nobody had ever looked at it that way. Once we had the full picture the plan actually made sense. Two months in I felt like myself again for the first time in years."
Thrive with PCOS Program Client
"What got me was that Tegan didn't start with a generic low-GI plan. She started with testing, identified which type of PCOS I was dealing with, and built everything from that. The support between sessions meant I was never left guessing. I finally understand my own body and that's worth more than any symptom improvement on its own."

Frequently asked questions
A Clarity Call is a complimentary 40-minute consultation to explore your symptoms, health history, and whether Thrive is the right next step for you. You'll complete a short enquiry form first, then book a time that suits you.
You'll leave with clarity on what may be driving your symptoms, an honest answer on whether this program is appropriate for your situation, and a clear next step - even if that step isn't Thrive.
There's no obligation and no pressure. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you.
The PCOS Blueprint runs across approximately 6–8 weeks. The Thrive Program runs for four months. Four months is the minimum ethical timeframe to create safe, meaningful hormonal and inflammatory change - it allows your body to respond, adapt, and stabilise with clinical oversight at every stage.
You have two ways to start. The PCOS Blueprint gives you comprehensive testing, a full interpretation, and a personalised health plan without committing to the full program. If you continue into Thrive within 60 days, your Blueprint investment is credited in full. If you don't, you leave with real answers and a clear roadmap. Either way, you're not starting blind.
Full inclusions are listed in the pricing section above. Testing is a required component of both pathways - your personalised plan is built directly from your results. If you are able to access equivalent testing through your GP with all required markers covered, the program cost can be adjusted accordingly.
Yes and identifying your specific PCOS type is actually the first thing we do. Insulin-driven, adrenal, inflammatory, post-pill, and lean PCOS all have different underlying drivers and require different approaches. Your plan is built from your testing, not from a generic PCOS protocol.
Supplements are purchased separately. Because every protocol is personalised, costs vary depending on your needs and how your body responds. Most clients invest $150–$300 NZD per month during active treatment. All recommendations are practitioner-grade, evidence-informed, and tailored to your results - you will always understand why something is recommended and how long it is required.
Not at all, many women join with suspected PCOS or ongoing symptoms that haven't been formally diagnosed - irregular cycles, acne, unexplained weight changes, fatigue, and hormonal symptoms. The programme focuses on correcting the underlying insulin, androgen, inflammatory, and gut patterns driving symptoms - regardless of formal diagnosis.
In the Thrive Program you have regular 1:1 consultations plus practitioner support between sessions during business hours - so you're not left navigating symptom shifts or questions alone. In the PCOS Blueprint you have your strategy session and a follow-up at four weeks. Both include access to the client portal with resources and tracking tools.
Often, yes, it depends on the type of contraception you're using. Some forms alter your natural hormone signals, which can affect how we test and personalise your treatment, but this varies from type of contraception and we can frequently accommodate you. The best next step is to get in touch and let me know what you're on, and we can talk through your options together.
No. This program works alongside your medical care. Many clients use a combination of medical and naturopathic support for best results.
Most women who join arrive feeling exactly this way. What changes here is the level of precision and personalisation - we test before we treat, and every recommendation is built from your specific results. There are no generic protocols. Just a clear, evidence-informed plan built around your biology.
Yes. The Thrive Program can be paid in full at or pay a deposit and 3 monthly instalments. A deposit secures your place. We can confirm the details on your Clarity Call.
This is the question I hear most often and it's exactly the right one to ask. The Clarity Call exists to answer it. We'll talk through your history, your symptoms, and what you've already tried. I'll give you an honest assessment of whether this programme is a good fit for your situation. If it's not, I'll tell you that too and point you toward what might be more appropriate. You won't be pressured into anything.
