When your hormones feel unpredictable

Many women with PCOS are told their symptoms are simply something they have to manage.

Irregular cycles, hormonal acne, fatigue, hair thinning, unwanted hair growth, or weight changes that don’t respond to diet and exercise.

Often the advice is the same: go on the pill, manage symptoms, or “just lose weight.”

But when symptoms keep returning or new ones appear, it can feel like your body is working against you.

You’re not doing anything wrong.
You’re just missing the most important piece - understanding what is actually driving the pattern underneath.

The cost of staying in the cycle

Living with unpredictable hormone symptoms isn’t just physical.

Over time it affects many parts of life:

  • Your energy and productivity

  • Your confidence in your body

  • Your relationship with food and exercise

  • Your ability to plan your life around your cycle

  • Your mental and emotional load

When symptoms remain unexplained, many women begin adapting their lives around them instead of addressing the cause.

Care becomes reactive.
Progress feels inconsistent.

Why conventional treatment often fails:

Many PCOS approaches focus on managing symptoms individually.

Hormones for cycle regulation.
Medication for insulin resistance.
Topical treatments for acne.

But PCOS rarely has a single cause.

It is often influenced by a combination of:

  • Insulin resistance

  • Androgen imbalance

  • Inflammatory patterns

  • Gut health disruptions

  • Stress physiology

  • Metabolic dysfunction

Without understanding these drivers together, progress often stalls. Thrive addresses the full system.

What makes this different

Unlike generic one-size fits all programs, this includes:

  • Advanced functional testing valued at $1,499

  • Full blood work and functional testing interpretation

  • Root-cause mapping of inflammation drivers

  • Personalised supplementation strategy

  • Individualised nutrition and lifestyle protocols

  • Ongoing 1:1 clinical oversight

This isn’t generic wellness advice.

It’s investigative, strategic, and personalised.

Introducing The Empowered Body Method

The structured 4-phase clinical framework used inside Thrive to move you from hormonal chaos to long-term metabolic and hormonal stability.

This is not a collection of random strategies.

It’s a structured, investigative process where each phase builds on the last so your body is supported in the order it actually needs.

That’s what creates meaningful and measurable change.

Many women with PCOS try to:

• Change their diet without understanding their hormonal drivers
• Focus on weight loss before stabilising insulin and metabolism
• Support hormones while stress physiology is still dysregulated
• Add supplements without knowing what their body actually needs

When the order is wrong, progress stalls.

The Empowered Body Method follows the correct clinical sequence so nothing is forced and nothing important is missed.

What’s included in your 4-month private care

This is a personalised, high-touch clinical partnership designed to guide you through investigation, active treatment, and long-term stabilisation.

After years in clinic, I see too many women with PCOS receiving fragmented care and very little guidance. PCOS is often treated as a single issue, when in reality it involves a complex interaction between hormones, metabolism, inflammation, gut health, and stress physiology.

Supporting just one piece rarely creates lasting change.

Meaningful improvement usually takes time. Hormones and metabolic systems need space to stabilise, respond, and rebalance.

That’s why this program brings everything together into a structured four-month pathway designed to move you beyond unpredictable hormone patterns and toward more stable cycles, balanced hormones, and sustainable long-term health.

Why this work matters and why I lead it differently

One-on-one naturopathic care for women with endometriosis

I know what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t make sense.

I know what it is feels like to live in a body that doesn't make sense.

Years of pain, inflammation, fatigue, gut and skin symptoms.
Being told your tests are “normal.”
Being offered solutions that manage symptoms but never address why they’re happening.

That experience shaped how I practice today.

Because I learned something critical:

Healing complex inflammatory conditions is not random.
It is systematic.

When you identify the true drivers and support the body in the correct clinical sequence, symptoms stabilise. Energy returns. Patterns shift.

I am a clinically trained functional testing naturopath, specialising in hormone health, endometriosis, and PCOS. I have completed pathology analysis training and work extensively with functional diagnostics to interpret inflammation patterns, hormone metabolism, gut integrity, and stress physiology at depth.

My clinical work is grounded in:

  • Advanced functional and pathology testing

  • Evidence-based hormone and inflammatory care

  • Whole-system physiology

  • Strategic sequencing, not symptom chasing

  • Personalised protocols built from data, not guesswork

I combine lived experience with clinical precision.

You are not handed a generic protocol.
You receive a structured, investigative pathway tailored to your biology.

Every woman deserves to feel heard, validated, and supported with real answers. If you are ready to approach your healing strategically with clarity, structure, and expert oversight — I am here to guide you through it.

If you are ready

If you’re feeling stuck managing symptoms without real clarity, and you’re ready for expert guidance and a structured path forward, this is your next step.

Thrive is designed for women who are ready to work with their body, follow a strategic plan, and build stable, sustainable hormone health over time.

Is this right for me?

This program is designed for women who are ready to stop guessing and start understanding their bodies. If you want personalised, evidence-based support and a clear plan that addresses the root drivers of your PCOS, this is for you. It’s a commitment to real lasting change, not quick fixes or surface-level relief.

This program is for you if:

  • You’re struggling with PCOS symptoms like irregular periods, acne, bloating, fatigue, weight fluctuations, or hormonal imbalances.

  • You’re tired of short-term symptom management and want to address the root causes.

  • You want a personalised, evidence-based system not random advice or trial-and-error.

  • You’re ready to invest in long-term hormonal stability, metabolic health, and confidence.

  • You want clear guidance, support, and accountability so you’re not doing this alone.

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all protocol.

  • You’re not ready to make gradual shifts that support hormonal and metabolic healing.

  • You prefer to DIY your health without support, testing, or personalised guidance.

  • You want symptom relief only, without addressing the deeper drivers.

  • You’re not ready to invest in your health or commit to a minimum of 4 months of structured support.

What this looks like in practice

Measured improvements achieved through personalised, data-led care.

Jasmine

You don’t need more willpower.
You need a system that supports your hormones.

Most PCOS support focuses on managing symptoms in isolation.

Birth control for cycle regulation.
Medication for insulin resistance.
Topical treatments for acne.

What’s often missing is an understanding of why hormone symptoms keep returning and how the body’s metabolic, hormonal, and stress systems are interacting underneath.

The Thrive with PCOS Program takes a different approach. Instead of guessing or applying generic protocols, we use advanced functional testing and a structured whole-body framework to understand how your hormones, metabolism, gut health, and nervous system are working together.

This isn’t a collection of appointments or generic advice. It’s a clear four-month pathway built around the Empowered Body Method, designed to stabilise the systems driving PCOS so meaningful, lasting change can occur.

Every step is personalised, intentional, and adjusted as your body responds.

The difference is simple:

  • We don’t suppress symptoms.

  • We identify the underlying drivers

  • And we build change your body can actually sustain.

Why now matters

PCOS doesn’t stay static. Hormone imbalance, insulin resistance, and metabolic stress tend to build gradually over time, and the longer these patterns remain in place, the harder they can be to shift.

Irregular cycles become more unpredictable.
Energy dips become more frequent.
Skin, weight, and hormone symptoms can become increasingly frustrating to manage.

Right now, your body is still responsive.
Your systems are still adaptable.

With the right investigation and support, those patterns can begin to shift.

From the moment we begin, testing and assessment give clarity, helping us understand what’s driving your hormone imbalance, why symptoms keep returning, and what your body actually needs next.

Frequently asked questions

  • A Clarity Call is a complimentary 45-minute consultation where we explore your symptoms, goals, and whether Thrive is the right next step. You’ll first complete an enquiry form, from there you will be able to book.

    During this session, we will:

    • Review your symptoms, history, and current treatment approach

    • Identify what may be driving flare-ups or ongoing inflammation

    • Map out next steps that could bring you closer to relief and stability

    • Discuss whether the Thrive with Endometriosis Program is the right fit for you

If it’s not the right fit at least you’ll walk away with clarity, direction, and a better understanding of what your body may be asking for.

  • The program runs for four months and includes comprehensive testing, personalised treatment, monthly consultations, ongoing messaging support, key marker re-testing, and a clear long-term strategy.

Four months is the minimum timeframe required to make ethical, safe, and meaningful changes to hormone health and overall wellbeing. This allows your body the time it needs to respond, adapt, and stabilise, while being closely supported by a practitioner to ensure changes are effective, appropriate, and guided at every step.

    • Onboarding session and immediate portal access

    • Advanced functional testing

    • EndoMAP testing (valued at $590)

    • Female hormone panel x2 (valued at $315 NZD)

    • Insulin or iron and thyroid testing (valued at $278 NZD)

    • 90-minute Thrive Strategy Session

    • Three monthly 1:1 consultations

    • Re-testing and final 60-minute strategy session

    • Secure messaging support (business hours)

    • Personalised meal planning via ThatCleanLife

    • Practitioner-only supplement access (10% discount)

    • Secure health portal with tracking tools and resources

    • Total functional testing value: $1,498 NZD.

    • Additional testing may be recommended case-by-case.

Functional testing is required, as your personalised plan is built directly from this data.

If you are able to access equivalent testing privately through a GP and all required markers are covered, the program cost can be adjusted accordingly.

  • Yes. The program is designed to support all presentations of PCOS, including irregular or absent cycles, acne, hair loss or excess hair growth, weight resistance, fatigue, insulin dysregulation, mood changes, fertility concerns, and digestive symptoms. Your plan is fully personalised to your unique biology, symptoms, and underlying drivers, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • No. Many women join with suspected PCOS or long-standing symptoms that haven’t been formally diagnosed. This program focuses on identifying and correcting the underlying hormonal, metabolic, inflammatory, gut, and detoxification patterns driving your symptoms, rather than relying on a label alone.

  • Testing, consultations, and clinical oversight are included in your program investment.

    Supplements are purchased separately.

Because every protocol is fully personalised, supplement costs vary depending on your needs, existing products, and how your body responds over time.

Most clients invest approximately $150–$300 NZD per month during active treatment.

All supplement recommendations are practitioner-grade, evidence-informed, and tailored specifically to your test results and physiology. We prioritise what is necessary and clinically relevant - not excessive protocols.

You will always understand why something is recommended and how long it is required.

  • You’ll be supported through regular 1:1 consultations with a qualified practitioner, alongside practitioner-in-your-pocket messaging support between appointments. This means you’re not left navigating symptoms, test results, or changes on your own. You can ask questions as they arise, receive informed guidance, and make adjustments with confidence, knowing your care is being overseen by a trained professional who understands your full health picture and is actively supporting your progress throughout the program.

  • At this stage, no. The Thrive with PCOS Program requires your body’s natural hormone rhythm to accurately assess hormone patterns and responses. Hormonal birth control alters these signals, which means testing and treatment would not reflect what your body is truly doing beneath that influence.

That said, I am currently creating a dedicated program specifically for women who are on hormonal birth control and want support that is appropriate, safe, and effective for that context. If this sounds like you, please get in touch and I can share more details and let you know when this option becomes available.

    • Advanced Functional Testing: Comprehensive functional assessments to identify the hormonal, inflammatory, gut, and nervous-system drivers behind your symptoms.

      • EndoMAP: Valued at $590 (Oestrogens, oestrogen metabolism, endocrine disruptors, progesterone + androgens, glucocorticoids, melatonin, organic acids).

      • Female Hormone panel x2: Valued at $315NZD Female Hormone Panel -  Oestradiol, Testosterone, Progesterone, LH, FSH, LH:FSH ratio)

      • Insulin: Valued at $138 NZD

      • Thyroid panel: Valued at $140 NZD (TSH, FTA, FT3)

    Total value: $1,498

Additional testing may be recommended on a case-by-case basis and is not included in the program cost.

  • No. This program works alongside your medical care. Many clients use a combination of medical and naturopathic support for best results.

  • Most women who join this program arrive feeling exactly the same way. What changes here is the level of precision and personalisation. Through comprehensive testing and a true root-cause approach, we remove the guesswork entirely. There are no generic protocols or blanket recommendations, only a clear, evidence-informed plan built around your unique biology, patterns, and needs, so every step you take is purposeful and aligned with your body.

  • Yes. You can choose to pay upfront or through a monthly payment plan with a deposit. We can discuss the best option for you during your Clarity Call.
