• Notice Period: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations that cannot be rebooked will result in a void deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments within 4 weeks.
   

• Rescheduling by Naturalist: If we need to reschedule, ample notice will be given, and no cancellation fee will apply.
   

• How to Cancel: Use the online link in your confirmation email or email tegan@naturalist.co.nz.
   

• Running Late: Inform us via call, text, or email. Appointments may be shortened if other clients are booked after you, and standard consultation fees apply for late arrivals or missed appointments without 48 hours' notice.

• Services and Products: Services, consultations, and treatment packages are non-refundable. Custom herbal medicines and supplements are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
   

• Physical Products: Refunds are unavailable for change of mind. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt for resolution of issues.
   

• Digital Products: Refunds are unavailable for change of mind. Contact us within 7 days for assistance.
