You’re not imagining this

Living with endometriosis often means being told your pain is normal, your tests look fine, or that you just need to manage it better. And yet your body keeps telling a different story.

If this feels familiar, you’re not failing.
Your body is responding to signals that haven’t been fully supported yet.

You’ve tried multiple approaches but nothing seems to last.

Flare-ups feel unpredictable or hard to calm once they start.

Bloating, fatigue, or pain disrupt your day-to-day life.

You’re doing “all the right things” but still feel stuck.

You want clarity and direction, not another thing to trial.

Why the first phase of Thrive finally brings you clarity

Because we don’t try to fix everything at once.

The first phase of Thrive is about stabilising your body, not overwhelming it.

Instead of jumping into multiple protocols, we focus on creating clarity and reducing the load your system is carrying so change can actually stick.

In this first stage, we focus on:

  • Understanding what’s driving your symptoms.

  • Calming inflammation and flare patterns.

  • Supporting digestion, energy, sleep, and hormones.

  • Establishing a clear baseline to guide what comes next.

You’re guided step by step, based on what your body can handle right now.

For many women, this phase alone brings relief because the guesswork is removed.

Introducing The Empowered Body Method

A clear framework for working with your body, not against it.

The Thrive program is built on the Empowered Body Method, a four-part framework that reflects how the body actually heals.

Instead of jumping between random strategies, we work through each phase in order, so nothing is forced and nothing is missed. Every recommendation, test, and support tool fits into this method, giving you structure without rigidity and progress without overwhelm.

Where we start: Personalise and Reduce.

This is where clarity begins.

The first phase of Thrive is the moment you finally start to understand your body instead of guessing what might help. Instead of layering more strategies, you’re given answers about what’s actually driving your symptoms and a plan that reflects your biology.

The results you will see during the first phase:

  • Fewer or less intense flare-ups

  • Improved energy and recovery

  • More predictable symptoms

  • A clearer sense of what their body needs

  • Confidence in the direction of their care

Want to understand this more deeply before we work together?
I’ve created a short guided video series that explains how symptoms, inflammation, hormones, digestion, and flare patterns connect so the process feels clearer and less overwhelming.

Why this work matters to me and why I’m here for you

One-on-one naturopathic care for women with endometriosis

My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based testing, whole-system support, and a lived experience of what it actually takes to feel better.

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, exhausted, and searching for answers that never seem to add up.

For years, I lived with pain, inflammation, skin issues, gut symptoms, fatigue, and irregular cycles, all dismissed or minimised, all met with quick fixes that never addressed the real causes. Being told “your tests are normal” while my body said otherwise was incredibly frustrating.

Things shifted when I stopped accepting “this is just how it is” and began understanding my health through a functional, whole-body lens. I learned that healing isn’t mysterious - it’s systematic. When you uncover the root drivers and support the body properly, symptoms settle, energy returns, and life begins to open again.

Today, as a degree qualified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, trained in functional testing, hormone health, endometriosis, PCOS, and mind–body practices, I guide women through this same transformation. My approach is grounded, evidence-based, and deeply personalised, no quick fixes, no one-size-fits-all protocols, just a clear roadmap tailored to your biology and your goals.

Every woman deserves to feel heard, validated, and empowered in her healing. You deserve answers. You deserve a plan that makes sense. And no matter where you are in your journey, there is always hope. I’m here to walk with you, step by step, toward less pain, more energy, and deeper stability.

Is this right for me?

This program is designed for women who are ready to stop guessing and start understanding their bodies. If you want personalised, evidence-based support and a clear plan that addresses the root drivers of your endometriosis, this is for you. It’s a commitment to real lasting change, not quick fixes or surface-level relief.

Want to understand this more deeply before we work together?I’ve created a short guided video series that explains how symptoms, inflammation, hormones, digestion, and flare patterns connect so the process feels clearer and less overwhelming.

Still unsure? Watch the guided series.

This program is for you if:

  • You have diagnosed or suspected Endometriosis.

  • You experience pain, heavy bleeding, bloating, fatigue, flare cycles, or unpredictable symptoms.

  • You want to address the root causes, not just mask symptoms.

  • You are ready for personalised, evidence-based support.

  • You are committed to making steady, realistic changes.

  • You want a practitioner who actually understands endometriosis.

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You want a quick fix.

  • You are looking for a generic, one-size-fits-all protocol.

  • You are not ready to invest time or energy into your healing.

  • You prefer to DIY without professional guidance.

  • You only want symptom relief without addressing deeper drivers.

When symptoms don’t make sense, look at the system.

Take the Endometriosis Clarity Quiz to understand how your symptoms interact and what your body may be asking for. Free. Educational. No diagnosis.

You don’t need more willpower. You need a system that supports you daily.

Most endometriosis support focuses on managing symptoms in isolation. Pain relief for pain. Hormones for cycles. Surgery for lesions. What’s often missing is an understanding of why symptoms keep returning and how the whole system is functioning underneath.

The Thrive with Endometriosis Program takes a different approach. Instead of guessing or applying one-size-fits-all protocols, we use advanced functional testing and a structured, whole-body framework to understand how your hormones, inflammation, gut, liver, immune system, and nervous system are interacting in your body.

This isn’t a collection of appointments or generic advice. It’s a clear, four-month pathway built around The Empowered Body Method, designed to create stability first, then restore the systems driving endometriosis long-term. Every step is personalised, intentional, and adjusted as your body responds.

The difference is simple:

  • We don’t chase symptoms.

  • We identify drivers.

  • And we build change in a way your body can actually sustain.

Why choosing support now can change your day-to-day life

Endometriosis doesn’t pause. Inflammation, hormone imbalance, and flare patterns build quietly over time and the longer they stay in place, the harder they are to unwind.

Right now, your symptoms are still responsive.
Your body is still adaptable.

With the right support, your systems can still shift.

From the moment we begin, testing and assessment give you clarity, what’s driving your symptoms, why they keep returning, and what to focus on next.

The truth is simple: It’s far easier to change these patterns now than six months from now.

A Clarity Call is the first step

Frequently asked questions

  • A Clarity Call is free 45 minute call where we explore what’s been going on for you, what your goals are, and whether the Thrive Program is the right next step.

    During this session, we will:

    • Review your symptoms, history, and current treatment approach

    • Identify what may be driving flare-ups or ongoing inflammation

    • Map out next steps that could bring you closer to relief and stability

    • Discuss whether the Thrive with Endometriosis Program is the right fit for you

If it’s not the right fit at least you’ll walk away with clarity, direction, and a better understanding of what your body may be asking for.

  • The program runs for four months and includes comprehensive testing, personalised treatment, monthly consultations, ongoing messaging support, key marker re-testing, and a clear long-term strategy.

Four months is the minimum timeframe required to make ethical, safe, and meaningful changes to hormone health and overall wellbeing. This allows your body the time it needs to respond, adapt, and stabilise, while being closely supported by a practitioner to ensure changes are effective, appropriate, and guided at every step.

  • Nope. While Thrive with Endometriosis is designed as a four-month program to allow for meaningful, sustainable change, we don’t believe in forcing a timeline that doesn’t feel right for you.

We begin with the initial phase, which includes:

    • Advanced functional testing

    • Access to the Thrive hub and resources

    • A personalised treatment plan

    • Guided support while your body stabilises

This first phase typically runs over 1–2 months and is focused on clarity, stabilisation, and understanding what your body actually needs.

From there, you can choose whether to continue into the full four-month program.

This approach keeps you in control of your health journey. Every body is different, and the right level of support should be based on how your body responds not a fixed rule.

If you continue, we move into deeper, targeted treatment and long-term support.
If you don’t, you still leave with clear insights, direction, and a plan you can build on.

    • On-boarding call: A setup session with immediate access to your foundations and Practice Better portal so you know exactly where to start.

    • Advanced functional testing: Comprehensive testing to uncover the hormonal, inflammatory, gut, and nervous-system drivers of your symptoms.

    • EndoMAP (valued at $590): In-depth functional testing of oestrogens, metabolism, progesterone, and key stress and detox markers.

    • Female hormone panel (valued at $315 NZD): Blood testing for oestradiol, progesterone, testosterone, LH, and FSH.

    • Insulin + thyroid testing (valued at $278 NZD): Assessment of insulin, TSH, free T4, and free T3.

    • Thrive Strategy Session + personalised plan: A 90-minute results session with a clear four-month roadmap covering nutrition, supplements, herbs, lifestyle, and nervous-system support.

    • Monthly 1:1 consultations: Three monthly sessions to review progress, refine your plan, and support ongoing change.

    • Re-testing + final strategy session: Repeat key markers and a 60-minute session to assess progress and plan next steps.

    • Messaging support: Secure practitioner messaging via Practice Better with responses within business hours.

    • Ongoing tools and resources: Meal planning via ThatCleanLife, practitioner-only supplements (10% discount), herbal recommendations, and access to your personal health portal.

  • Yes. The program is designed to support all presentations of endometriosis (diagnosed or not) including pain, heavy bleeding, bloating, fatigue, painful sex, digestive symptoms, hormonal imbalance, and flare cycles. Your plan is tailored to your biology and symptoms.

  • No. Many women join with suspected endometriosis or ongoing symptoms that haven’t been formally diagnosed. The program focuses on correcting the underlying hormonal, inflammatory, gut, and detox patterns driving symptoms - regardless of diagnosis.

  • Most clients spend around 1–2 hours per week implementing nutrition, lifestyle, and tracking tools. The program is designed to be simple, realistic, and achievable even if you have a busy schedule.

  • You’ll be supported through regular 1:1 consultations with a qualified practitioner, alongside practitioner-in-your-pocket messaging support between appointments. This means you’re not left navigating symptoms, test results, or changes on your own. You can ask questions as they arise, receive informed guidance, and make adjustments with confidence, knowing your care is being overseen by a trained professional who understands your full health picture and is actively supporting your progress throughout the program.

  • At this stage, no. The Thrive with Endometriosis Program requires your body’s natural hormone rhythm to accurately assess hormone patterns and responses. Hormonal birth control alters these signals, which means testing and treatment would not reflect what your body is truly doing beneath that influence.

That said, I am currently creating a dedicated program specifically for women who are on hormonal birth control and want support that is appropriate, safe, and effective for that context. If this sounds like you, please get in touch and I can share more details and let you know when this option becomes available.

    • Advanced Functional Testing: Comprehensive functional assessments to identify the hormonal, inflammatory, gut, and nervous-system drivers behind your symptoms.

      • EndoMAP: Valued at $590 (Oestrogens, oestrogen metabolism, endocrine disruptors, progesterone + androgens, glucocorticoids, melatonin, organic acids).

      • Female Hormone panel x2: Valued at $315NZD Female Hormone Panel -  Oestradiol, Testosterone, Progesterone, LH, FSH, LH:FSH ratio)

      • Insulin: Valued at $138 NZD

      • Thyroid panel: Valued at $140 NZD (TSH, FTA, FT3)

    Total value: $1,498

Additional testing may be recommended on a case-by-case basis and is not included in the program cost.

Please note: Functional testing is required to join The Thrive with Endometriosis Program. These results are essential to achieving meaningful health outcomes, as the structure and personalisation of the program are built around this data.

If you are able to complete the required blood tests through a private GP and they cover all of the necessary markers, I can remove the cost of this testing from the program price. I am here to work with you, and I understand there may be different pathways available to access this testing.

  • The program supports both. If you’ve had surgery, we focus on reducing recurrence risk and stabilising long-term health. If you’re preparing for surgery, the program helps reduce inflammation, support recovery, and improve outcomes.

  • No. This program works alongside your medical care. Many clients use a combination of medical and naturopathic support for best results.

  • Most women who join this program arrive feeling exactly the same way. What changes here is the level of precision and personalisation. Through comprehensive testing and a true root-cause approach, we remove the guesswork entirely. There are no generic protocols or blanket recommendations, only a clear, evidence-informed plan built around your unique biology, patterns, and needs, so every step you take is purposeful and aligned with your body.

  • Yes. You can choose to pay upfront or through a monthly payment plan with a deposit. We can discuss the best option for you during your Clarity Call.
