free reousrces for women with “normal” hormone results
Normal Bloods, Still Unwell?
You were told everything looks fine. You still have the pain, the fatigue, the cycle that runs your life. Here is a free hour on what standard hormone testing misses, plus download the free Results Decoder and Full Picture Handbook to finally help you understand what is missing and what you can do about it
Within range is not the same as well
Your results came back normal. You were told everything looks fine. You still have the pain, the fatigue, the cycle that runs your life.
A reference range is built to catch disease, and it does that well. What it was never designed to do is tell you whether you are functioning well. So you can sit comfortably inside it and still feel awful, and the gap between those two things is where most women get stuck.
That gap is what this workshop is about.
The Full Picture: What standard testing misses about your hormones
Recorded live. Sixty minutes. No sign-up needed.
The marker was never ordered
Sometimes that is funding, sometimes guidelines, and sometimes it is simply that women's hormonal health has not had the same research investment as other areas of medicine. So certain markers are not routine yet, even where they would be genuinely useful.
The range is too wide to be useful
A population range tells you whether you are obviously diseased. It does not tell you whether you are well.
The timing was wrong
Hormones move dramatically across a cycle and across a single day. The same test on the wrong day can look like a problem that is not one, or miss one that is.
Blood cannot measure what happened next
A blood test shows how much of a hormone is circulating. It cannot show what your body did with it afterwards.
Ready to understand your own results?
I made these because they are what I wish someone had handed me a decade ago. I had a stack of results marked normal, a body that did not agree, and no idea which questions to ask. Nobody sat down and explained what any of it actually meant.
These two tools are that explanation.

Who this is for
If you have endometriosis or adenomyosis.
Heavy or painful periods, bloating, sore breasts, headaches around your cycle, or you have been told you have oestrogen dominance and nobody explained what that means.
If you have PCOS or PMOS, or think you might.
Irregular cycles, jaw and chin acne, unwanted hair, thinning hair, or weight that will not shift. Especially if your testosterone came back normal.
If your mood changes in the second half of your cycle.
The anxiety, the irritability, the tearfulness, then your period arrives and it lifts. Or you have been told it is PMS or PMDD.
If you are exhausted in a way sleep does not fix.
Feeling cold, cycles getting longer, hair thinning, dry skin, or your thyroid was checked and called normal.

I am a naturopath and medical herbalist, and the founder of Naturalist Advanced Women's Health. I work with women navigating hormonal conditions in clinic in Wānaka and online across New Zealand.
I did not come to this work from the outside. I have lived with endometriosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts, acne and metabolic issues for over a decade. I know the appointment where you are told everything looks fine, and the drive home afterwards holding a piece of paper that says normal.
I made these tools because they are what I wish someone had handed me back then.
